Here is a list of potential venues (all from the stockists page of dungarvanbrewingcompany.com)
Anchor Bar, Davitt's Quay
Downey's Bar, Main St
John Keane's, Mary St
Kiely's Bar, O'Connell St
The Lady Belle, The Square
Lawlor's Hotel, Bridge St
The Local Bar, The Square
Merry's Bar and Restaurant, Main St
The Moorings Bar and Restaurant, The Quay
Park Hotel, Dungarvan
Quealy's Bar and Restaurant, O'Connell St
Tommy Power's Bar and Off-license, The Square
Tudor House, Mary St

Most of these would have a TV of some description (although I'm not sure if all do). The Lady Belle, Local and Tommy Powers are all very close to each other in The Square, and I'd be surprised if at least one of these didn't have it on - unless there's another sporting event on that I don't know about.
All the above are within strolling distance from The Square.
