These are interesting as - one was an american reciepe (Dogfish) made with WLP001 (american yeast) - one was an american reciepe (SNPA) made with WYeast 1098 (British Ale Yeast) - so you really need to do a taste test - while the hops do differ - the yeast action here is a great example of how yeast types change beer.
