Great British Beer Festival, Trade session tickets 15 years 1 month ago #1

It won't be for a while yet, but I will be asking CAMRA for GBBF[/url:93c003rs] trade session tickets once again this year. The trade session is on Tuesday 2nd August, from 12pm to 5pm (you don't get kicked out at 5, but they do let the paying public in at that point). The venue is Earl's Court in London.

For those who've never been, it's by far the most civilised session of the festival, all the really good stuff -- particularly the rare American oddities -- is available, there are no queues and if you feel so inclined you can watch the announcement of the Champion Beer of Britain from the stage. And it's free (though the beer isn't).

Right now I'm just interested in rough numbers so I'll know how many tickets to ask for. If you reckon you'd be up for it, let me know in this thread.

Oh, and if you have your own blog, are on one of the rating sites, or can generally string two words together in an e-mail you can apply directly for tickets yourself. They're usually very generous with them. I can give you the relevant contact details closer to the time.

I'm definitely interested in this. Was thinking about going anyway. I'll also be moving to London not too long after the festival so it all coincides nicely with a few days of flathunting!

mmm I'm up in Nottingham that weekend until the Tuesday, could be an option to come home from London, can you provisionally include me?

Yep, it's all provisional at this stage.

Would also like to be provisionally included. It's possible I'll be living in London by then
