But of course - if Im organising it Im gonna suit myself! Im open to suggestion but have to admit that the idea of camping in Athlone is not really appealing to me. That and the fact that I kninda know the Wickla hills and the premise that tis close enough to those from Galway, Cork & Belfast.

I like the idea a lot and would like to come if I could make it at the time.

It's unfortunately one of those things where it's near impossible to suit everyone as far as location and time is concerned.

I haven't used my tent since last May and then that was in a rugby club in Edinburgh during the Heineken Cup. Funny how rainy days make me think of great camping trips in the past. Nothing like sitting inside a tent with a bottle of coffee stout, listening to local radio and looking out the door at the rain. If something does come of this then count me in.
