how were the kit brews?

The Munton's Conoisseur Stout was great, and the Cooper's Wheat beer was passable: not terribly interesting but very drinkable. The Firkin Best Bitter was extremely kitty and twangy, while the Brewferm Kriek was odd: smelled great, lots of cherries, but tasted both sugary and sour.

Recipe is now posted up in the usual spot. We are planning to make it again in the next few weeks, so we have some to drink ourselves. Expect it will turn out completely different!

A few folks were interviewed for RTE radio over the course of the night, anyone know when that might be going out?

But if anyone happens to catch it, do please let us know. And remember:

Presumably the same meeting where the poor sod who goes through the show's post, started complaining about morons sending him live, dead or skeletal remains of various creatures.
