I really can't see it happening this side of Easter, unfortunately.

I would be pleased to help out in any way I can. I would not classify myself a brewer yet (only did one homebrew session!) but would be a willing pair of hands. I would suggest see how the thread evolves and we can see what dates would suit. Do not know when easter is next year so if too close to Easter Festival might not suit too many people.

The 'Well's Easter Festival will be the 11th and 12th April. I'd be inclined to go past that, to the 2-3 May, perhaps.

Excellent idea, I'm well up for it, I am as we speak setting up a mobile despense system for three cornies and three taps for the crimbo, so if it came to it I would gladly do a stall with a selection of three beers. I also posess 12 cornies and the ability to brew 80 ltr batches.

I think a good idea for a mass poster campaign would be for us to design a A4 poster that we more or less agree on, to go up in pubs but will not give the impression of stealing customers and all of us could print a few off and put them up in our locals.

I live 30 mile away and off a buss route so I can't offer accomidation or transport as we will have to sort out somthing ourselves, Probable stay with parents who are only 7 mile.
