I'll be bottling my extract American Ple Ale tomorrow. Would anyone want to guess if it would be ready by the 18th?

It'll certainly be carbonated by then. A Pale Ale should be fine for a first tasting by then too I'd say. If it's a hoppy monster it would be best left for a month or so, but at PA levels, it'll be just about ready. I'd be drinking it after two weeks in the bottle anyway! <!-- s:D --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_biggrin.gif" alt=":D" title="Very Happy" /><!-- s:D -->
