Good night tonight, the Beoir #1 went down well and it was fun not knowing whose beers we were sampling. However I think the experiment of combining the icb meet and capital brewers failed. So lets just drop it and forget I ever made this suggestion.
Turnout at the meeting was the usual capital brewers attendees and the overall consensus was that the two groups should remain separate.
I was actually surprised at how low a profile Beoir had amongst the capital brewers considering the overlap in members. Many of them believed that the icb meets had nothing to do with homebrew.
