So pretty much a rerun of the ICB Meet on the train on Saturday. Now with added Reuben. I'm bringing the same beer, so hope you all don't mind having it again.

proper spontaneous framboise or cultured "wild" yeast inoculated?

It was Bret with Belgian sour mix and lacto built up from grain. Have yet to do a spontaneous sour.
