Just updating this for Beernut's tasting itinerary Cant get the Breakfast stout this week (it's n my folks house down in Kilkenny) and my housemate polished of the cider (didn't miss much, was basically Kopperberg but sweeter)

Sweeter than Kopperberg? Was it a syrup?

In short, yes.I added too much sweetner (as in the packet they included in the kit)

Might be heading down around 5.30/6ish straight from work for some grub if anyone is in early. Does the Norseman do food outside of the weekend? I know upstairs is where folks normally eat but I've often seen it closed.
