I think Brian wins the battle of the ambers with his Summit-Citra combo.

In other news, there will be a candlelit vigil in KeeganAles's kitchen to pray for a cure for his RyePA.

Quiet night, but a good night all the same. We really should purposely do a night where we all bring along the same style of beer. Good to compare and contrast.

Richie's RyePA, there was a good beer there somewhere.

Hi,
I might be interested in getting involved in the meetings.
I m originally from Belgium but living in Kells.
Have my own homebrew shop thereMaking Your Wine.
Started making beers from malt 30 years ago.
So if I can join next meeting thx up front

Hi Luke,

The meetings are always on the second last Wednesday of the month. Just keep an eye on the Dublin forum and pop your name down. You don't have to put your name down, that's just so we have an idea of numbers and what beer will be available etc.
