Very strange, I would think if you were launching a "nano brewery" you'd have a website.... And that you'd supply some speciality beer offies.... And that you'd announce your product on sites such as this....

Looks like it's an artist from England based in the Camden palace. They plough their own furrow those types.

Now here's a whacky idea:

We all know its illegal to sell home brew without a brewing license and all that.

But, What happens if you export the beer in kegs/bottles to the UK, Europe (both covered by EU legislation) or America or China?

The distributor over there would pay you, pay the import dutys and pass your HB into the retail trade?

thinking outside the box - I like it!

However, I think you'll find EU legislation relating to the free movement of goods & services has some small print with restrictions on things like excisable goods <!-- s:cry: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_cry.gif" alt="" title="Crying or Very sad" /><!-- s:cry: -->

But isn't the excise and duty less in said countries? Goods are in bond, the duty owed on alcohol is due to the revenue of the intended country of final sale.
This is why us Irish bring so much liquor and cigarettes back from holiday.
