To can ONE can would cost what? 10K or 100K for a canning line! Admitedly the next 1000 cans would be cheaper than the bottling line but you get my point>

Editing down the list as Mountain Man, Kinsale Craft Ale, West Mayo and Baile Brew have all launched. I have added Boyne Valley, they are expected to launch at the Beer Fest. Elbow Lane's brews are available from the Market Lane Restaurant in Cork. And Muckish Mountain are about due too and may possibly be at the ICBCF too.

The White Hag Brewing Company Riverstown County Sligo is at the planning stages.
Sligos First Craft Brewery. Due To Launch Late 2013. Trial Brews taking place at moment.

You can also add Black Donkey Brewing, Castlerea, Co. Roscommon to that list. They intend to specialise in bottle conditioned Irish farmhouse style ales.
