Hey everyone, I am planning on doing a special feature in time for Xmas in the next few weeks and I'm looking to get as many people involved as I can. I am looking to run this feature on the Genuine Beer Blog.

What I need is as many suggestions for Xmas and festive beers I can get my hands on, and this is where you all come in.

I would love all of your suggestions and hope this will start up a discussion on peoples favs and ultimately a large list of beers to review and look at.

If you wish to suggest some beers you can do it either on here, or you can go onto the Genuine Beer Blog where you will find a feedback button on the navi bar, this will bring you to a page where your general feedback can be left but also the suggestions

There's nothing more Christmassy than a big Abbey quadrupel in my mind...
Rochefort 10 and St Bernardus Abt 12 are two staples of mine during the winter months. Incredible dark fruits, vinous notes, complex winter spices, rich malt...just incredible.

Winters Ale- 8 Degrees
Oatmeal and Coffee Stout- Dungarvan
Winter Star- O'Hara's

White Gypsy did a Yule Ale last year but I haven't heard if it will be making an appearance this year.

Whitewater have 'Sanity Claus' out this year.
