These sound AWESOME, a fruit only known as "miracle fruit" makes sour things taste sweet for about 30 minutes and can dramatically change the way things taste during that period of time. -Guinness with lemon juice added tastes like a chocolate shake??!?!
There's a few sour beer nerds who have tried them before sour beer and have had some interesting results.
The berries themselves are very perishable and most places have huge minimum order requirements but they're also available in a tablet form that works for about 20 minutes vs. 30 minutes.
A sour beer tasting event where beers are first tasted as normal and then under the influence of the "miracle fruit" would be VERY cool, indeed.
