Buckley's Golden Ale new recipe 15 years 2 months ago #13

I had several of these during the match on Saturday afternoon and really enjoyed them. I liked the original but the new one is noticeably better. I actually thought it was maltier, not hoppier, than before, but whatever the precise changes are, it's got more flavour but remains highly drinkable and the low ABV make it ideal for afternoon pints. Nice one Geoff!

3) Irish Party Ale
4) Biertourist (Adam)

Did I make it?

-How cool is it that you can just wave a magic wand and have a brewer make a beer to your specifications, Geoff?
There's no way you could've foreseen this 3 or 4 years ago. Beer has come such a long way here in 3 or 4 years; it's SO exciting!

Thanks ICB, Beoir, and all the other people involved in Irish beer for ensuring that my tongue isn't bored while I'm here!

I had a halbe of Buckley's last evening. I quite liked it; it's definitely a better balanced brew.
