I emailed SQ before about this, and they replied that they couldn't get hold of it.

Had a pint in Porterhouse central Sat night, and i have to say I don't remember ever tasting a beer as bitter in my life, would not buy it again on draught, but i really like the bottles, but they're hard to get hold of, except in specialist offies.

I had a pint at Central on Saturday as well and while I didn't find it all that bitter (though that could be the scarring on my tongue) there was a fruitiness I hadn't tasted before that made me think of Simcoe.

Anyone know if they might have changed their hop bill for HH yet again?

I got some bottles of Hophead from SQ, Ballinteer last week. But my usual source is the drinkstore.ie

I had the draft hophead in the bierhaus a couple of weeks ago, and thought it lovely, and not too different to the bottle, which I had also been drinking recently. Would love to see it in Cork on a more regular basis.

Aaargh, had one pint of HH in the PH last week and by Saturday it was gone, tap and all!

There was plenty in Porterhouse North on Saturday evening, though I did my best to dispose of it.
