McArdles for me. One of my local GAA clubs has it and I can ask for it "off the shelf". It feels quite exotic in comparison.
I gave up on the "oh that pub does a good/bad/great/crap pint" mythical thing with Guinness years ago but I reserve a little of that for Grogans in Dublin. I like going there for a quiet one when possible. I always have a feeling their serving temp is warmer than what would be average these days.
