Any of the Sierra 30th Anniversary beers would work - I think they're made with that in mind.

And on Sunday I drank a Guinness Foreign Export fresh off the shelf next to one with an '09 expiration date and was amazed at how creamy and round it got with a couple of years on it.

Whoopsy!
The former.
Easily had in bulk, if you were looking to age it...

Since when is EITHER a craft beer?
-Porterhouse Celebration Stout would be equally qualified for extended aging and would qualify as craft beer.

I had these[/url:30ph2hof] recently in Belgium

from left to right

Diesters (from 1980ish)
Duvel (from the 1970's...post 73 anyway)
Trappist Sint-Bernadus (from the 1950's)
Westvleteren 8 (pre 1969)
Kappitel Prior (from about 1970)
Westmalle Tripel (early 80's)
Westvleteren 8 (pre 69)
Leffe Dark (late 60's/early 70's)
Gouden Carolus (1989)
Rodenbach (1964)
Maes Pils (1960's)
Aigle Belgica: Dobbel Blond (table beer from the 60's)
Sint-Bernadus Westvleteren 12 (late 80's)
Floreffe Dark (70's)

I picked up a couple of De Molen beers at the weekend and the labels say the beer can be aged for up to 25 years

So you live in Glasnevin, huh? Where abouts? *Ponders robbing Delzep of his fancy aged beers* <!-- s;-) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_wink.gif" alt=";-)" title="Wink" /><!-- s;-) -->

That's seriously impressive! Where the heck do you get all these aged beers?

A Maes Pils from the 60s?!?! If I was your health insurance company, I would cancel your policy for that one... I'm surprised you survived to tell the tale.

What about the Duvel? -How's that turn out when well-aged?
Rodenbach I'm curious about, too; does it turn just SUPER sour vinegary?

-Be careful opening some of the De Molen beers; I had their Moka Stout II and the cork shot out VIOLENTLY right after I just LOOSENED the wire cage and it left a huge welt in the ceiling in my kitchen; half of it went down the drain as foam. The single most carbonated beer I've ever had; I think they bottled too soon on that one.
