had it last night, my thoughts exactly! I have the autumn one still to come.
Got the 4-4-2 during the summer from LIdl, 36 bottles of it. Was'nt mad about it but for the price its better than nothing. Bit mass market I thought.
Only discovered last Friday Lidl was doing a beer festival so in a panic searched 3 Lidls until I had 15 bottles each of both Tapping the Admiral and Autumn Blaze.
Not impressed, both fairly similar beers. One a little sweeter and both quite soft.
But for €1.49 not bad.
Always wondered why they used clear bottles until I read Corkboy1's article on Shepard Neame, thank you.
