We paid them to create a beer for us, we gave the desired style, colour, abv etc, and this is what they came up with. They cannot sell this as their own beer, as this is the agreement.

But I would always tell where it came from, consumer rights and all that. Plus it's a pleasure to deal with Carlow Brew Co. in this, pure professionals (and a mad brewer).

Had 2 of them meself on Friday on the way to see Panda Bear in Vicar Street. I thought there was potential for a session beer in there, but would need to give it a more serious "road test". Which, if there's any left, i intend to do tomorrow!

I tried some on Saturday afternoon, a little bit fizzy to be drinking too much of it in my opinion. It's be alright if you were going for one and weren't in a hurry. Tasted nice though.

I had one on Friday. I love that there's a new addition. I think i'd prefer the old British model of drink and pubs where all the locals are tied to breweries rather than what became the Irish model where there's one drink you can get anywhere!

Popped in last night to give it a try, not bad and a good idea to bring in a lower strength session beer. Came across as Galway Hooker "lite" in my opinion, switched back to the full fat version after just the one. grainne felt it reminded her of drinking a non-alcoholic beer for some reason, she couldn't figure out why though.
