Had a bottle of this last night. I was expecting something citrusy so got a bit of a surprise. What gives it its chocolately taste ?

After all the stout talk yesterday I picked up a bottle of O'Haras. I drink Guinness draught from time to time but this was the first time I'd drank a bottle of stout

Really enjoyed it...so much more complexity and flavour compared to draught stout. I've never considered brewing a stout before but that will change now.

What??? oh man. stout is usually the first thing many people brew. weird. You'll never look back after real stout! Try Wrasslers XXXX from the porterhouse, it's superb.

I actually don't like Wrasslers. I think the hops are too much.

The next time you're in the Porterhouse ask for a Plain Wrasslers (1/2 Plain & 1/2 Wrasslers). I find Plain has some good malty flavours but its a bit boring, while the Wrasslers has just been hopped to feck. Combine the 2 and you get a flavoursome well balanced stout. Its their best beer by far
