I tend to pour carefully and leave most of the yeast behind in the bottle. Yeast adds some flavours of its own, but it can also mute some other flavours, so I think it's personal preference.

it is. I cultured up some yeast from a couple of bottles and brewed a passable blonde ale with it.

That's a great deal. Just went there and grabbed a few. Never go there due to the horrible carpark. Picked up a Leffe Blonde 4-pack for €5.99 too.

Absolutely, I know the correct answer is personal preference. Just curious what others do (and would love to know what the brewers would do).
