So, last Saturday night I headed in to the Well for a couple of pints. My plan was to sample several of the brews at source (as it were). When I spotted the Boh, I thought "I'm probably not going to like this all that much" but I was wrong. Boh (Franciscan Well unfiltered Bohemian pilsner) is a top notch brew. It's a copper coloured brew with some haze in the body and a decent enough off-white head. The overall taste is fairly bitter an there is an IPA-like hoppiness to it. It is so refreshing and satisfying, that I scrapped my plan to taste the other beers and stuck with the Boh. I'm licking my lips now, just thinking about it!

I'd love to be able to sample it in Dublin sometime.
