Bear Republic - Racer 5 IPA 17 years 8 months ago #1

Have any of you tried this? I'm not sure on the availability of it over there. I only found it myself a couple of weeks ago.

It's a fantastic IPA. I'm not a fan of the Imperial IPA's, as I think too much hops can be a bad thing.

But this is just a great balanced beer.

Anyway, if you get a chance to pick some up, highly highly recommend it.

This is the beer list from my local off license over here <!-- s:lol: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_lol.gif" alt=":lol:" title="Laughing" /><!-- s:lol: -->

Strong IPAs we get here are Great Divide's Hercules, BrewDog's Hardcore and that's it, I think.

That's some list. Not only the variety of bottles on offer but the thoughts of popping down to the local off licence and being able to pick up a keg of microbrew...

I wonder what's in an "Irish Heritage Beer Sampler". Or maybe I'd be better not knowing.

And Wexford Irish Cream Ale is English, dammit.
