Hi All

I have posted once or twice on Beoir before but am basically new here - myself and family are just about to open a new brewery down in Kilcoole.. Just about to start running our first brews on the system now - I'm sure you've all seen shed loads of breweries now but anyone is welcome to come down and have a look around - we are very close to Oh Brother.

I've read through this whole discussion - but I'm not sure I have fully understood: do you want to run one of your recipes through a brewery on a sort of one-off basis that you can then take away or do you want to run it as a commercial beer that you would look to sell in pubs etc potentially on a long-term basis in collaborative/collective type approach with the brewery?
