No. It's the other side of the tracks from them. Quite close for birds and pedestrians but far for cars because of the awkward one way system.

Both are walking distance from Broombridge station. Soon to be Luasified.

Had both the latest batch of BOOM and the new Pilgrim Red today- both really good. There's chinook and ella in the Red...
