Hi Reuben city hall are backing me for a much larger one. The support from both them and the local tourist board is fantastic . My only issue is time. I'll be moving to the U.S. For a few months to build a sales network and festivals require a lot of planning . Food will play a big part in it also with a chef on hand pairing food with beer from each brewery
I will continue to run festivals in the bar. Problem is space , eight degrees pulled out as they felt that they would not have enough tap space which is understandable . Regrettable also as they poured their first pint ever at the well. Sign of the times I suppose with so many breweries and beer and so many festivals
I have to limit the taps to three per brewery to fit in as many as possible . It is an easy fest for breweries tho as I provide all tech services . All they need to bring is beer, themselves and branding <!-- s:-) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_smile.gif" alt="" title="Smile" /><!-- s:-) -->
The one in city hall I hope will be one where everyone can make money. I will be along the same lines and cost to breweries as we have in the Well

But are they going to filter it?
I hope not as it's fantastic but is Ireland ready for an unfiltered lager? Sure bars like the Abbotts, 57 and Mulligans would be but in general I think it might be to soon
