Hi,

I'm polishing my business plan to attract further funding of my contract brew project laughing soon.

The template i have been using is suggesting to provide
Profile of key players (company size, turnover, profitability etc) and their market share

I don't believe any of those company are publicly listed, and I don't think most brewery would offer those figures to upcoming outfit.

How would you suggest to answer this aspect of the business plan?

Ring a few of the breweries and talk to them. Especially those who have been around awhile. Also talk to Beer Ireland and the I.C.B.A
