I'm surprised there are so few working in it, that's only 3 per brewery on average.

In contrast, a factory up the road has 7,000 minimum on site at any give time!

It possibly doesn't include Jobbridge interns, I know Metalman nearly always have someone in on the scheme so I'd imagine other breweries do as well. Incidentally, the last 3 employees they hired all came in on it, afaik. So there's proof that system works, [i:1g8eyn2a]sometimes[/i:1g8eyn2a].

I would say it is correct though. For every 10+ man operation like Carlow there are 10 1-man operations like Mountain Man.
