Anyone know how long after opening STB it's good for? I figured because of the 41%abv that it would last for years if corked properly.

HAHAHA...as I said to Reuben at the meeting, I was shocked at how much it actually tasted like an Imperial IPA when first opened, much better than Utopias imho. I corked it prior to moving over, opened it last night to have a drop and it went off...undrinkable. Too bad.
