TOPIC:

This post is a heads up to anyone looking to get in on the ground floor of a new craft brewery. More details to follow but what I can divulge at the moment is we have a brewing scientist with a stellar microbiology background, a mad scientist from the States who loves nothing more than hops, hops, and more hops. What we are looking for is enthusiastic individuals who will impress us with their craft beer knowledge and something new and individual that is brought to the table.

I'm still waiting for that cask of Arrogant Bastard...

Hey man...good to hear from you. Arrogant Bastard on its way. We are officially moving over in a month. The business plan is in full effect. My wife is the scientist with the micro background and I suppose I'm the mad one. A couple of interested partners providing the start up capital. More than likely we are setting up shop in Co. Dublin, researching available spaces that meet our needs. Picking the brain of the owners of Metalman and Dungarvan to avoid some of the pitfalls a new brewery can get into. Will get in touch when we get there. Going to Tipp initially until we find our new digs in Dublin. Anything I can bring back in the shipping container? Probably no hopbombs, it'll be about a month before it arrives.
