This post is a heads up to anyone looking to get in on the ground floor of a new craft brewery. More details to follow but what I can divulge at the moment is we have a brewing scientist with a stellar microbiology background, a mad scientist from the States who loves nothing more than hops, hops, and more hops. What we are looking for is enthusiastic individuals who will impress us with their craft beer knowledge and something new and individual that is brought to the table.
