Dave kindly wrote an article describing his home brewery[/url:2vb94v9e]. It's an amazing array of equipment, most of which was custom built. I'm sure there'll be lots of questions for Dave!

The brewery is amazing achievment and shows what a knowledge of technology and engineering can do for the homebrewer. I haven't got space for anything remotely resembling that. I'd just be happy if I could regulate fermentation temp.

Dave,
I am speechless, absolutely awesome!!!! I am from an electrical/Instrumentation background and would love to have the room to do that!!. I love modifying and tweaking equipment to do different jobs, but that is unreal!! I wish my wife was as understanding.
