Good article, some nice background info there. It's good to see that the guys are engaging with other beer enthusiasts too, it's a great beer pub and I look forward to seeing more Irish craft beers on tap.
Well done Barry. I think that we (you) have risen the bar with this article. Well written and the perfect subject for an article. We need to do our bit to promote decent beer venues; there are way too many poor ones.
Very good article, just saw their main site it’s a pity that pushing it as a Gastropub and Beer Hall and they have a wine menu on the site and no beer list. It just seem a little confusing which are they trying to push the classical dinner and wine or the Gastropub and Beer Hall?
Yes, the website as it stands is basically old, as it doesn't really take in the gastro grub menu or the Beer Hall (which is fairly recent anyway). I should have mentioned in the article that they are in the planning stage of having a seperate web site so the identitiy of the new B&C is further established. I may make an edit to the article later when I get some more concrete information.
