Thats a start, but it would be so much handier if they kept their website up to date with in-stock and out-of-stock information also. We put in an order here from work this morning - nothing on the order is in stock worth talking about - all has to be ordered from youngs. Luckily I'm not waiting on anything urgently.

Kenmc, what was not in stock?

Should we produce a list of all Irish homebrew shops and websites, just to re-affirm our 'neutrality'. Or has this been done, and I've overlooked it. I know you stated that it isn't an endorsement, but just to clarify it.

bottles, 3 different hops, some beer kits. One of the other lads here was placing an order for some kits and bottles, so I just went in with him for the hops save me getting a seperate order. Last time he ordered a particular kit they didn't have it, didn't tell him and gave him something different in it's place - he only found out when they delivered it to the office!

Also when I was looking for a boiler they promised they were out, and were to let me know when they would be getting it. I had to ring a week later and ask about it, to be told they wouldn't have it for about 3 weeks.

Absolutely! This lets us point a newbie to a url rather than re-answering that question. We should include country and known shipping rates (i.e. H&G. uk's 25kg for £17).
