Galway, and Tara's pub in Ballina (Co.Tipp.) so far.

The Emerald Brewery was previously there. They produced Emerald Lager - I was given an eight year old bottle of it when I visited (and advised not to drink it). I don't think Emerald's sales ever got off the ground.

The guys are concentrating on the increasing their sales in existing outlets around Galway to begin with as it's still early days. I would love to see it in bottles as I don't get down to Galway as much as I would like. I would also love to see guesting in other good beer bars around the country. Maybe in time...

This is not meant as a criticism of other Irish craft brewers but it's nice to see something that doesn't fall into the stout/red ale/lager stable being produced. Variety is good.
