for example on the first one (Basic Brewing), on the podcast page, right click on the stream mp3 link and select save as which will download it to your PC. You can then play the file in any media player that you usually use

Still nothing happens, it wont give me an option of where to save it and won't download it, I just right click , save target as, and nowt
right click on the link and choose 'save as' or 'save link as' if you use Firefox and save the file (its called bbr01-15-09kegferment.mp3) to somewhere on your PC so you can play it
