Actually, I'm going to discuss this with myself already <!-- s:D --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_biggrin.gif" alt="

I like this article as it spells out the whole process in a simple and logical way. I've often read stuff on going all-grain that makes it seem complicated, but I suspect that there can sometimes be a bit of "snobbishness" coming from some sources which can annoy me (after all, I like using DME <!-- s:D --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_biggrin.gif" alt="

I would point out though that from the boil onwards the methodology in Séan's KB item applies equally to all-grain, partial mash, extract and kit brewing, so it's a nice step-by-step for anyone getting into brewing.
