Any details on this? I'd be interested in giving it a shot, my only issue would be transport.

The dutch society was set up as an excuse for some engineers to go to Amsterdam on the lash. Turns out the guys who set it up were really good at organising fun events. So next up was drinking dutch gold around campus. followed by loads of other things.

It turned into one of the best societies in UCD.

I imagine it is normal in pubs for the manager to take a share of the profits?

I can get more- Sean (the Beer Festival photographer) is a member and he asked me about it at the weekend.

No loss, been at UCD since 2004 and have been there around 8 times

It was really for the undergrads or Arts, post Grad and doctoral headed to town or O'Sheas/ Ashtons Clonskeagh
