I think anywhere that sells the bottles should go on this list.

I wasn't sure, them being a restaurant, but you're probably right. I won't complain, as it's my favourite restaurant by a long stretch.

Their beer list *may* have changed, but up until recently, and with a good few years, the three Carlow beers were the only beers they stocked. Local(ish) product, and all that.

If you're including restaurants with bottles, then The Winding Stair on Whatever Quay It Is should go on too.

St Peter's Old Style Porter and Duvel are the two I've had there, but they have a couple of others too.

Don't get me wrong, I've no problem highlighting restaurants that make an effort with their beers.
A beer list to rival the wine list would be great, but one or two well thought out beers is a good start.
