My German is useless. A friend of mine insists on teaching me to sing 'Everyday is like Sunday' in German every time we've had one too many. By the next morning it's always all a blank.

Depends on the context. In this case, I meant the dialect, which is damn near unintelligible to other Germans, let alone foreigners. At one point, I was actually able to understand a small portion of it. Quite a feat apparently.
