Not to sure of the point of it myself as I cannot see how a website will stop bad drinking habits but the link seems to be on ever site add and poster for anything mentioning the "demon drink"

Shouldn't you be asking why drinkaware doesn't have a link to us instead?

Sorry, I just read the definition on the site and having more that three pints is a binge. Looks like I am a binge drinker and I do need help.

Probably because it's funded by the macros and big business. The cynics would say it was to be seen to be doing something before the govt forced regulation on them.

Aside from how individuals view Drink Aware (I'm in the Big Pile of Arse camp meself), we're not part of the drinks industry so it's not relevant to us.

IIRC it went on the first poster as a condition of the B&C's sponsorship. I'm sure the 'Well is happy for it to stay.
