We have finally managed to get our hands on the new Weyermanns Oak Smoked Wheat Malt:

We have also added to our hop pellet range:

We are going to expand this range over the coming months. If anyone has any preferences for pellets to get next just pop a post here.

Last but not least we have got a brand new hop to the Market called Delta. There is very little information on this hop. It is hard to even find a description, it’s that new. It is said to be between Fuggles and Cascade.

Would it be also possible to get rice hulks or something similiar?
Still planing to brew 'original' Grätzer but with 100% wheat in my MT I really think that may have big problems with filtration.

Hi Lads,

Just to answer some of the questions asked. We can't get rice husks but hope to have oat husks soon. We have finally got a line on these.

The Galaxy hop harvest is not due over this side of the world until August and even then there is no guarantee we will get allocated any.
