Sure you can pick it up in the shop. Just PM me here with your real name, address, phone number etc.

I'll be in the shop myself Saturday from about 1 to 5 pm. Call in then? I'm dieing to open the box and see if it can be programmed like a Speidel . . . . opens up all sorts of possibilities for BIB etc. And all those Belgian and German beers that can't be made in a mash tun.

How long do you want it for? Will you let us know how you get on with it?

Eoin, will you be able to make up bags for it?

PM sent!
If I pick it up on Sat, I'll do a brew on Sunday and will have it back to you on Monday or Tuesday.
I can take a few pics and report back here with the results

Ah, may as well hang on to it for a week or two. There doesn't seem to be much more interest here at the moment.

We'll most certainly be able to make up bags, once we've moved and we're back up and running I'll be back on this.
We have two more bedrooms in the new house and one of them will now be the sewing workshop. In the present house it's all done on the kitchen table which is not sustainable long term, but I'll be able to custom make a workbench and a few things in the new place to make life easier for her, so the wife will be able to kick it up a notch, we're also considering expanding and farming some work out, so we'll see how it goes.

Coolio. Let me know when you are ready and I'll get you the unit to have a play with. I'd love to have a true BIB solution electronically controlled etc. if possible. We could then start posting Getrman and Belgian multi temp recepies here and on our web site. Could be a lot of fun.
