I'd be happy if there was enough in stock, I went to order a yeast for a brew recently and was looking to order three vials so as not to have to make a starter, I could only find two vials of any yeast and I went through the list.

I'm ok with stock levels being low, you're a business like any other, but an order was missed there due to no availability of any type I would have bought in quantity.

Can u make sure you have kolsch yeast

Likewise was looking to try a kolsch
