The ... ahem 'bender' can do 3/8" stainless and 1/2" copper - though the copper is generally done by hand.

what;s a whirlpool chiller?

Immersion Chiller 14 years 1 month ago #11

It's where there is a return leg (a third leg) that brings wort from the bottom to the top via a pump. This wort is returned at an angle to create a whirlpool effect. The idea is that the wort is hotter on the bottom and by recirculating the wort you get better temp distribution. The whirlpool is for mixing of temp as well.
