I'd like to see someone put a plastic box above a fine spray device that will do an excellent job at sparging. Something like an upside-down garden sprinkler with a large capacity box above it that can all sit on the rim of a keggle. Same device (minus the garden sprinkler piece) could be attached to a manifold of plastic pipe to sparge a picnic cooler.

Guilty as charged.

Had a setback - hardware stopped working on me one day (its all over the place on vero board). Then it all got tidied into a corner. And once that happens its very hard to get up and running again.
But it was all built from scratch so technically is fixable (its just a short in the solder somewhere im sure), but its just a bit easy to lose motivation when you hit a snag <!-- s:) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" title="Smile" /><!-- s:) -->

I know exactly what you mean. I have a box of stuff for the various PIC micro-controllers. Programming / prototyping board Assemblers / HLL Compilers / Simulators. All I need is to crank up my old lap top as its all driven via a parallel interface !!!
