I believe the best test is to chew on a handful of grains.
Crunchy is good, chewy is bad

Hey Spud ! - I'd like a little of that Munich Action !!

If you like we could go halves on it & then trade with MAF for some vienna - I'm not fussy - whatever you think is easiest to do - just looking to get a small bit of a few Specialties so I can arse around with them over the next 12 months
