explain more the "dual gas"

is it

(a) 2 seperate regulators, a primary and secondary?
(b) a regulator with dual guages, tank presure and gas out
(c) a regulator with 2 outlets for splitting the gas out
(d) a regulator that handles 2 different gases (not heard of one)

do you know what JG fitting is needed for reg to 3/8 od line

For anyone in the Dublin area, I got a full 7 kg cylinder and a dual-gauge regulator for about 110 euro from this place: <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="www.mybeerandwine.ie">www.mybeerandwine.ie . (Specifically, by walking into the store... their website is not so good.)
