Perle and fuggles are €12 per 500g. You can call to my house if you like and collect. I live in Bray. Or I could post to you at cost. I think it was €6 up to 1kg. Post pricing seems to depend alot on who you deal with in the post office!
I might make the monthly meet in which I could see you there.
The RDS thing I don't know about.
